About Grossi Family Beef

We at Grossi Family Farm are very proud of our grass-fed beef. Born and raised right here on our ranch where they spend their entire life eating grass on our rolling hills. From Angus to

Herefords to Charolais we love our diverse range of breeds. The rich green grass of spring is what fattens them up so nicely, so that is typically when our beef is available for purchase. If

You can place your order anytime for a ¼, ½, or a whole beef

and it will be ready for you in the spring. We will connect you with a butcher for your cut and wrap instructions and you pay the butcher directly for their work. 

Just for reference, a whole beef has a carcass weight of about 700 pounds. ( But it can vary easily by 50+ pounds).

Pricing: ¼ beef………..$4.50/ LB (not including cut & wrap)

              ½ beef………..$4.25/LB  (not including cut & wrap)

              Whole beef….$4.00/LB (not including cut  wrap)
